How to Participate
- Exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times a week.
- Eat 5 fruits and/or vegetables each day.
- Get 7-8 hrs of sleep each night.
- Complete and submit your Weekly Tracker form online each week.
- Submit your after photo and video or written Challenge story when your Challenge is complete to firstname.lastname@example.org.

- Each individual or team participant must purchase a 1-SHAPE™ Challenge Pack, and complete all the requirements for the 1-SHAPE Challenge to be eligible for prizes.
- Each team must have at least 1 E. EXCEL Distributor per team. Individual Challengers must be Distributors.
- Use the form below to register for the 1-SHAPE Challenge by June 4. Start your Challenge no later than June 4 and finish by July 31. You may register as an individual or as a member of a team but not both.
- Submit a before photo to email@example.com.
- Drink 1-SHAPE™ each day ½ hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner - a total of 3 packets a day.

Challengers may compete as an individual or as a team of up to 4 members.
How to take "before" and "after" pictures
- Take one (1) front photo and one (1) side profile photo.
- Dress in tight-fitting clothing.
- Pose the same in before and after photos.
- Stand comfortably without pushing out or sucking in your stomach.
- Email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org before you start your Challenge.
- After finishing your Challenge, retake the same two (2) photos and email them to the same address.
Tips for your Challenge story
- Give one or two specific reasons why you wanted to take the Challenge.
- Explain how you felt before and after the Challenge.
- Be specific about what you did during the Challenge and how it helped you succeed.
- Mention people who supported your Challenge and include how and why they wanted you to succeed.
