EXCEL reacted to this new enhancement with tremendous enthusiasm! Gala Dinner and Recognition!  E. EXCEL leaders were recognized in a gala event at the Convention. New Jade and Diamond Masters were welcomed to the stage by Dr. Chen and other E. EXCEL dignitaries.
Featured in this exciting celebration were Miss World Canada 2009, Lena Ma and "The King of Pop," a Michael Jackson impersonator. During the Evening with the Stars event, as E. A Spectacular Convention!!   The emcees kicked off the Convention with high spirits all around! Diamond Master, Dr. Zhuo Chen and Master, Helen Marinis were great hosts for the E. EXCEL event of the year!
Not only were E. Excellers inspired and excited, but everyone took that inspiration and motivation away with them as they left this fantastic event! 
One of the most important things they took with them was the knowledge imparted by Dr. Chen about the manufacturing processes E. EXCEL uses. Dr. Chen spoke at length about the ingredients, testing, packaging and technologies used to create E. EXCEL's products for today's modern, busy lifestyle! Dr. Chen answered questions submitted by E. EXCEL when they followed their beliefs and their dreams with single-minded determination. 
Malaysian Diamond Masters, Ching Tat Leow and his wife, Siew Chi Leong spoke with North American Distributors about rising through the ranks to reach their goals. Mr. Leow's message included having a "Millionaire Mindset," believing in yourself and your ability to accomplish your goals. Millionaires don't stand around and wait for someone to tell them what to do. They go out and take action to make their dreams a reality! Jade Ambassador, Terence Pang from Singapore told the audience to truly care about the people they serve, that the key to helping people improve their lives is to love them and commit to them. He led the audience in a learning exercise to demonstrate the importance of trying to reach the souls of those they seek to help. 
Mr. Pang also showed how E. EXCEL had changed his life! This was his first trip to North America and he was excited to share with us!  During the Convention, E. EXCEL Senior Vice President and COO, Mr. Gary Takagi mentioned a quote, "Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain." This message of holding fast to beliefs and learning how to excel despite adversity took on a life of its own throughout the Convention. "We truly did learn how to dance in the rain!" said E. EXCEL Ambassador Ileen Brown as she and Joel spoke movingly and sincerely about their more than 20 years with E. EXCEL and what it has meant to them, to their children and their grandchildren! As Joel put it, "E. EXCEL is a perfect opportunity!"
And, of course, the Lucky Draws for products and cash were fun and exciting for everyone! Lucky winners were the first to try E. EXCEL's newest product, Nutricardia! Everyone at the Convention was able to sample Nutricardia and took home a sample packet as well! Other winners took home boxes of 1-SHAPE and Millennium Powdered Beverage. The winners of the Leading the Way to Convention drawing for product gift certificates were announced, and the Lucky Draws for cash prizes that kept mounting from $100 USD to $1,000 USD kept the audience on the edge of their seats to see who won!
