A Winning Attitude: Jade Ambassador, Doris Lee


Eight years ago, Doris was introduced to E. Excel as a consumer. “I suffered from an autoimmune disease, which was a real handicap,” Doris explains. “But after taking E. Excel products for a while, my symptoms disappeared.” She was able to resume her active life as a housewife and mother of three beautiful daughters. “The products not only enhanced my health,” she says, “but they made me feel younger, too!”

Doris has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. She married Simon Wong shortly after graduating from college. When she found E. Excel, she was a stay-at-home mother of three. She characterized herself as “very quiet.”

She says, “Before E. Excel, I did not like to socialize or mingle with other people, and I wouldn’t smile or talk to strangers at all.” Doris recalls the first time Diamond Ambassador, Dr. Yaping Guo, came to Vancouver to train; all the Distributors were so excited to see him, and asked many questions, but she just listened. As long as she was healthy, she didn’t really feel like sharing E. Excel with others.

But as she began to realize how important health is to everyone and how much E. Excel had changed her own life and how she could help others improve their health and their lives her attitude changed completely! She decided she needed to help spread the word and tell others about E. Excel.

In order to do that, however, she realized she had to change herself—and she was determined to do just that! The quiet housewife became outgoing, friendly and social, all because she started to care about the people around her. She changed her attitude completely!

redonda.gifWhen she started building her business in 2001, Doris had a tough time at first. No one in her area was helping her -her Upline was clear across the country in Toronto- and she was very confused about what she needed to do. That same year, E. Excel Senior Vice President and COO, Gary Takagi visited Vancouver. When Doris told him of her struggles and that she was ready to quit, he challenged her to continue working and do her best for one full year. He promised her that if her business did not grow during that year, he would give her extra help the following year—or she could walk away! With a positive attitude, Doris accepted the challenge. During that one year, her commission earnings doubled. She was making a six-figure income after only one year! Doris credits both Dr. Guo and Gary Takagi for helping her become successful—and, of course, her husband Simon, whom she calls her “mental support.” She never believed that she would ever become one of the top E. Excel distributors, but her desire and determination accomplished that feat! She is very proud of the changes E. Excel has brought about in her life.Success-Stories-Excelling-1.gif

When the Passport Training program began in 2006, Doris immediately jumped on board. She recognized the importance of training her Downline and helping them duplicate her success! In fact, her group was the first to begin the Passport to Success: Diplomatic Leadership program, after completing both the Discovering Nutritional Immunology and Jump-Start programs. Her emphasis is on building leaders and working together to bring Nutritional Immunology and E. Excel whole food products to the world. And others in her group are duplicating her efforts, building their own E. Excel careers with her guidance and leadership. She epitomizes the E. Excel vision of working together for the good of all.

As she says, “I’ve gained a career, learned how to be a good person and how to deal with people in this society -all because of E. Excel. I get to travel with E. Excel everywhere- Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Shanghai, Utah, Nevada, Hawaii and other states in the US. My career takes me everywhere around the world! “I often encourage my Downline by telling them, if Doris is a housewife and can still make it to the top, everyone can do it, too!” All you need is that winning attitude!
