“Six years ago,” said Jade Master, Jenny Loo of Brooklyn, New York, “I was like many other E. Excellers, who were introduced to E.Excel because of a health problem. My health problem greatly improved through taking the products, and so my faith in E. Excel increased. My kids also take the products.” Jenny declared that by the time her son turned four years old, he was already telling people “if you have a cold, you need to take ACT and NOCO, and taking ACT and NOCO will not make you feel dizzy. Vision is good for your eyes, and Millennium tastes very good.”
“His comments were very interesting and funny!” Jenny continued, “But we truly know that E. Excel’s products are good. There were many times I dreamed about expanding the business, and spreading the good news about Dr. Chen and Nutritional Immunology to everyone. But due to my work, family responsibility and other reasons, I thought I didn’t have the time to do it. So, I got discouraged and gave up.”
Jenny became very disappointed and down on life, and because of this, her health deteriorated again. At this time, she had the opportunity to speak directly with Dr. Jau-Fei Chen. “That conversation with Dr. Chen was like a boost to my life!” Jenny explained. “Dr. Chen not only gave me suggestions on my health, but also calmed my soul, so that I could face the challenges in my life bravely. Dr. Chen became my light when I was down. She also helped me realize the need for truly understanding Nutritional Immunology.” Before all this happened, Jenny knew that E. Excel products were good, but she neglected the full scope of Nutritional immunology, which includes maintaining a positive attitude and getting adequate sleep and exercise. Maintaining good, balanced nutrition, with the help of E. Excel products, is only a portion of the complete picture of Nutritional Immunology. “If you want to achieve the best of health,” Jenny recommends, “These four steps must all be followed.” 
“We all learn from our adversity in life,” Jenny continued. “Dr. Jau-Fei Chen became my idol. Not only for her contributions to Nutritional Immunology, but she showed me how much she cares about the people on this earth. I was deeply touched by her act. She is my inspiration in both spirit and mind. My gratitude to her is hard to describe in words. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I tried to build up my business, it seemed there were too many obstacles to overcome. Again and again, I became discouraged and would leave E. Excel, only to be drawn back by the truth of Nutritional Immunology.”
Although Jenny was in and out of E. Excel a few times, she eventually realized that E. Excel was already a part of her life. She realized that she couldn’t live without Nutritional Immunology and E. Excel! She told herself, “A person is successful because he finds opportunities, but a person fails because he finds excuses.” So, Jenny started actively looking for opportunities and eliminated excuses. In her own words, “complaining and criticizing others is a poison; it hurts both you and others.” Jenny began finding those opportunities to build up a meaningful E. Excel business.
Her Upline, Diamond Master, Carmen Xie, helped her find her way and discover new hope. “I was on fire again!” Jenny said. “I was, again, back to the business!” This time Jenny paid extra attention in the details of the products and the concepts of Nutritional Immunology. She also learned to assess the different needs of her customers and Downlines, and provide them with the help they needed.
“This business is not easy work,” Jenny states, “But I have an Upline and Downline, who love me and treat me as a friend. We are all united and work together as a team. I dedicate my success to them and I am grateful for their help and support.”
In the past few years, Jenny was fortunate to win E. Excel contests and participate in E. Excel’s incentive trips to Shanghai and Hawaii. These experiences have enriched her life, broadened her view and confirmed her determination to share the important knowledge of Nutritional Immunology with others. It also helped her realize the importance of team work.
“I am now a full-time E. Exceller,” said Jenny, proudly, “So that I can put more effort into helping others. From now on, I will do my best in sharing Nutritional Immunology and be a contributor to a disease-free world!”
