Lee Ping is a firm believer in communication. She promotes communication within her group, both up and down. “We don’t want to repeat mistakes,” she said. “When we communicate what works and what doesn’t work, we all work smarter.” To Lee Ping, being a leader means holding group meetings and supporting her Downline. She absolutely loves the Passport to Success training program. “It has really helped me and my Downline to improve not only our knowledge of Nutritional Immunology, but also our business skills as well.”

Winning the Road to Leadership incentive trip contest in 2004 sent Lee Ping to Singapore. She had an incredible time on the trip, and became very motivated to really work the business after personally meeting Dr. Jau-Fei Chen. One of the rewards of winning incentive trips are the exclusive training seminars with Dr. Chen or other exciting leaders from all over the world. In 2006, Lee Ping won a trip to an exclusive luxury resort in Hawaii. She was able to take her whole family and they had a fabulous vacation on the big island of Hawaii.
Lee Ping loves to travel, especially internationally, which is just one of the reasons why she loves E. Excel. The incentive trips to exotic locations like Singapore, Shanghai and the upcoming 20th anniversary celebration trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia are amazing opportunities! Lee Ping and her husband will be traveling again in September, heading to Kuala Lumpur as Grand Prize winners of the Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence contest.
Lee Ping said, “E. Excel is one of the greatest opportunities of my life.” Before she heard of the company, she didn’t really think about what she ate or drank. Then, her sister came from Malaysia to visit. Lee Ping was surprised by her sister’s healthy lifestyle. While she was here, her sister explained the science of Nutritional Immunology to her. After her sister went back to Malaysia, she kept calling Lee Ping to get her to try the products and change her lifestyle. Finally, Lee Ping and her family tried E. Excel’s healthy, NI-based products. They became believers in the products and the concept of Nutritional Immunology. Before Lee Ping regularly took the products she had some health challenges, but since taking the products, her health improved markedly. Later that year, one of her children even remarked that none of them had seen a doctor all year long. That’s when she started telling her close friends and family about the wonderful effects of the products and the concept of Nutritional Immunology. 
Lee Ping builds her business with the products first and the opportunity second. She believes that “when people gain a testimony of the products, sharing that personal testimony and the business opportunity becomes a labor of love.” She talks to everyone—friends, family, and even strangers—because, as she says, “Everyone needs good health!” When first starting out, Lee Ping struggled with convincing people to have an open mind and just try the products. But soon after trying the products, she found that most of the skeptical people changed their minds when they actually experienced the benefits of Nutritional Immunology.
Originally from Malaysia, Lee Ping came to the US when she was 18 years old. She and her wonderfully supportive husband, Choong Tiek Ng, have three terrific kids—two girls, ages 12 and 10, and a boy who is 8.
Well on their way to becoming Jade Masters, Lee Ping Choong and Choong Tiek Ng are setting their sights on becoming Diamond Masters. They also do everything they can to help and support their Downline to be successful and follow in their footsteps, as well. It’s only fair! Their Upline in the US is Pearl Master, Ooi York Hong and in Malaysia it's Casey Ng, both have helped them build their group with support, meetings, and information, and they are doing the same for those below them. They are truly living the E. Excel lifestyle. Their strong, healthy family is a testament to that fact!
