For eleven years, Pearl Master, Sam Kong, worked in a factory for a garment manufacturer in New York. Life was tough and tiring. “I used to work long hours until my fingers and hands began to swell,” he says. But as the breadwinner for his family, Sam explains, he had to continue working. He later switched jobs and became a waiter with similar long hours and a demanding workload.

Sam recalls that “At that time, my children were constantly sick,” and his own health was not very strong. It was then when Pearl Master, Choong Tiek Ng, shared E. Excel with Sam and the many benefits of E. Excel’s products. Within two months of taking ACT™ and NOCO®, Sam’s children started to feel better. Their own immune systems were getting stronger so they didn’t need to visit the doctor as often. It was this experience that sparked Sam’s interest in E. Excel. At first, he joined the E. Excel family so he could purchase its products at a 10% discount. It was then that he also started to learn and understand the true mission of E. Excel—to achieve a disease-free world through Nutritional Immunology.

“When I started the business, there was very little exposure to E. Excel in my neighborhood of New York. I had to really persevere and work hard to establish myself as a leader and try to overcome my own fears. I was never one to simply start a conversation with strangers. But I trained myself to be brave and to face such challenges,” Sam said. If you want to achieve your goals, you need to overcome obstacles, it wasn’t easy, but Sam has done it with the help of his Uplines.

Today, Sam focuses his efforts on recruiting a younger generation of E. Excellers with the potential to be good leaders. In short, he is building a solid team. “As leaders, our responsibility is to continue to train and build a support system. That’s why we need to set up lots of training for our new recruits and team members. All in all, this business is about good friends, good health and good money,” he says.
Sam believes that he is continuing to grow and build on what others have done before him. It is his mission to show the way for new Distributors in New York. He has no regrets. In fact, everything that has happened so far in terms of the business has been a miracle. He did not use to believe he had a future. But today, Sam is creating his future and has enjoyed the success of his hard work and the E. Excel opportunity. He recently bought himself a new home and his family’s health continues to be strong. These, are what he deems to be the greatest miracles in his life.
