If you are planning to fly to Toronto for this event, may we suggest that you consider flying into Buffalo Niagara International Airport instead? From there, it's a short 98 mile (~1.75 hour) drive to Toronto, which takes you right past magificent Niagara Falls! If you haven't seen this incredible natural wonder before, it's well worth the trip. Plus, flying into Buffalo, NY can generally save you money over flying into Toronto!

Reasonable rates include parking, airport shuttle, high-speed Internet and light continental breakfast served from 3:00 am to 9:00 am. Bus parking must be reserved no later than seven business days prior to arrival. Standard guestrooms are equipped with two queen beds or one king bed with pull-out sofa. A credit card is needed to reserve rooms.

Hotel Carlingview Toronto Airport’s shuttle operates 24 hours a day, and the service is complimentary! Please notify the hotel that you are ready to be picked up from the airport by calling from one of the free courtesy phones located just outside the baggage area (the number to dial is indicated), or call the hotel directly at (416) 675-3303.
