We offer our gratitude and thanks to each and every one of you who are reaching for that richer life E. EXCEL offers, because your efforts lift us all! Thank you for believing in E. EXCEL and in yourself!

Americans traditionally celebrate Thanksgiving with roasted turkey and all the trimmings, and end with a splurge of delicious pies in family gatherings around the country. Your holiday traditions may vary, but we’re betting that Thanksgiving for anyone centers around food and family!

Here’s a couple of recipes you might want to consider for your Thanksgiving table using wholesome, healthy, E. EXCEL products.

A healthy serving of soy protein helps to hold family over until dinner is served. Try whipping up a refreshing Pina Colada Smoothie with a garnish of fresh pineapple or toasted coconut.

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup coconut milk
1 packet Nutrifresh® Original
1 cup ice
Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp. E. EXCEL Essential Blend
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400˚ F. Wash sprouts using Vegiwash™ and trim them. Place all ingredients in a plastic bag, then seal and shake to evenly coat sprouts. Remove from plastic bag and pour into roasting pan. Roast for 30-45 minutes until tender stirring once or twice to rotate the sprouts. Not only will the nutty flavor of Essential Blend enhance the flavor of the Brussels sprouts, but you’ll be adding healthy omega-3 fatty acids to your family’s holiday meal.

Whatever your Thanksgiving celebration includes, may it be happy, healthy, and loving!
