The circulatory system delivers vital oxygen our cells need to survive. It uses the heart to pump blood throughout a network of arteries, veins, and capillaries. When the circulatory system works at suboptimal levels, our cells are starved for oxygen.
We all know exercise is good for us, but how good? It isn’t always easy to add exercise to a busy day, even when research shows that even small amounts of exercise (20 minutes of exercise three times a week) makes a difference.
