Spring is a time of glorious rejuvenation. As this season approaches, many seek to make positive changes in their lives and renew forgotten New Year's resolutions. According to data collected in 2017 by Statistic Brain, only 44.8% of people maintain their resolutions past the first 6 months. That means that over half of people in the U.S. who set out to change their lives for the better abandon their plans before the summer hits!
In the spring, it seems like everyone always wants to enjoy those crisp, refreshing salads that contain the first edible greens of spring! We always feel like we’re being so healthy and eating all these fresh vegetables—getting our fiber up!
Here in Sandy, Utah, at the E. EXCEL North America Headquarters, we still have 6-8 inches of snow on the ground, but it’s starting to feel like springtime! As you drive around the valley, in the hollows under trees and against homes, you can find daffodils, snowdrops, and crocuses sending up spots of green against the white snow. We’re ready for the renewal of spring to arrive with all the vivid colors we always miss so much during the black, white, and gray days of winter.
