Getting started with the 1-SHAPE Challenge is as easy as 1-2-3!


How to Make the Most of Your Challenge!

  • Drink 1-SHAPE™ each day ½ hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner - a total of 3 packets a day.
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. (5 times a week is best!)
  • Eat 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables each day.
  • Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
  • Make sure to send your information to your Team Leader for your team's Weekly Tracker form each week.

How to take "before" and "after" pictures

  • Take one (1) front photo and one (1) side profile photo. 
  • Submit before photos to
  • Dress in tight-fitting clothing, preferably the same clothing for both before and after photos.
  • Pose the same in before and after photos.
  • Stand comfortably without pushing out or sucking in your stomach.
  • Submit your after photos when your Challenge is complete to

Tips for your Challenge story

  • Give one or two specific reasons why you wanted to take the Challenge.
  • Explain how you felt before and after the Challenge.
  • Be specific about what you did during the Challenge and how it helped you succeed.
  • Mention people who supported your Challenge and include how and why they wanted you to succeed.
  • Teams may decide to submit one story for all team members, or have each member submit their own story. 
  • Stories may be in writing (100-150 words), or in video format (1-2 minutes).
