How Ambassador Ning Peng Utilizes Social Media | 彭寧大使的社交媒體使用心得

Recently, we spoke with Diamond Master and E. EXCEL Jade Ambassador Ning Peng about her efforts in utilizing social media to expand her E. EXCEL business! During our brief interview, Ning shared several insights on what she’s been up to with her team, and why it’s so beneficial to pay attention to your social networking efforts.

Do you have any advice for someone just starting out in social media?

Most of my team members speak Chinese, so most of our social media efforts are in Chinese. That means that we’re posting on WeChat most of all.

What type of posts do well?

Our friends have varied interests, so it’s important to find something that connects with them. That’s why sometimes I’ll post a testimonial about E. EXCEL products, because some people like posts about health, the principles of Nutritional Immunology, or the benefits of whole-food ingredients.

But they don’t always have to be about the company specifically. Occasionally I’ll share a post with an inspirational message about becoming a better person. It’s important to gradually invite your friends to open their heart so that they’ll want to learn more.

How do you help support your team on social media?

In order to be successful in business, it’s important to recognize and reinforce people’s value. Supporting my team is very important because I believe that helping to uplift people also makes the business better.

That’s why I want to help them succeed as well! Typically, I send info to my team, and they use it to educate their customers. By giving them more information, it makes it easier for them to share and support their customers, which makes life easier for everyone.  

What’s the biggest benefit of social media?

Thanks to social media, a lot of what I do is more streamlined. I’m able to make fewer phone calls to follow up with prospective customers. Because social media is more flexible, customers are free to engage with you according to their schedule.

When you make a phone call, you can pretty much only talk to one person at a time. On social media, you might reach as many as 5,000 people, which can be a much faster and effective way to spread the news. Since social media is flexible, people don’t feel as rushed, which means they’re more likely to be receptive over time.

我們團隊的大部分隊友都講中文,所以我們使用社交媒體交流時大多都是中文,也就是說我們基本都是在微信上發信息。

什麼樣的信息效果較好呢?

我們發的都是跟陳昭妃博士相關的信息,如果介紹陳昭妃博士的背景,分享她的知識,效果都會很好。在講解營養免疫學的專業方面,陳昭妃博士的講話非常有影響力。當人們需要學習的時候,陳昭妃博士的講解就是最好的知識來源。

我們的朋友每個人都有著不同的興趣,所以找到自己與他們的共同點非常重要。我們有的朋友喜歡發保健方面的帖子- 探討營養免疫學的原理,還有的喜歡交流完整性食品其成分的效益。為此,我時常就也發一些使用丞燕產品體會的帖子。

但是,並不是所有的帖子都跟公司有關,我偶爾也會發佈一些如何自我提升的勵志信息。因為我們還要注重去逐漸打開朋友的心扉,讓他們願意更多地了解丞燕。

您是怎樣利用社交媒體來幫助和支持您團隊夥伴的?

要取得事業的成功,就一定要充分認識和強調您隊友的價值。我認為支持自己的隊友非常重要,只有幫助他們開拓了事業,我的事業才能發展得更好。

這就是為什麼我要幫助所有的夥伴都成功!通常,我會把資料發給全體隊友,然後隊友們再用這些資料來培養他們的客戶。我給隊友的信息越多,他們跟客戶分享信息或給客戶提供支持就越容易,進而讓每個人的生活都變得更輕鬆。

使用社交媒體最大的好處是什麼?

多虧有了社交媒體,讓我做事的效率大大地提高了。我不需要跟可能的客戶打太多的電話,因為他們可以靈活地利用社交媒體,在他們自己合適的時間跟我互動。

如果您選擇打電話,通常每次只能跟一個人談話。但使用社交媒體,您卻能同時聯絡高達5000人,這種傳播消息的方式迅速有效多了。因為社交媒體的聯絡方式非常靈活,不會給人們帶來逼迫感,而人們在經過一段時間的考慮後會更容易接受他們收到的信息。
