Ingredients:

  • 2 large or 3 medium ripe bananas, peeled and frozen in chunks 
  • 3/4 cup soy or almond milk 
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  • 2-3 pkts Nutrifresh® Chocolate, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth. 
  2. Makes a great breakfast shake or after school snack!
