2 large or 3 medium ripe bananas, peeled and frozen in chunks

¾ cup soy or almond milk

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2-3 pkts Nutrifresh® Chocolate, to taste

1 tsp vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth. Makes a great breakfast shake or after school snack!


½ cup Essential Blend™

4 large fresh strawberries, halved

¼ cup red wine vinegar

1 pkt Nutrifresh® Strawberry

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp dried tarragon

¼ tsp sugar

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve over mixed baby greens with halved strawberries and coarsely chopped pecans, or any of your favorite salad ingredients.



1 c all-purpose flour

1 c rolled oats

2 pkts EverNew® Orange

½ c sugar

1 T baking powder

2 t grated orange rind

¼ t salt

¼ t ground nutmeg

½ t cinnamon

1 c shredded zucchini

¾ c milk

¼ c orange juice, fresh squeezed

3 T Essential Blend

1 large egg

Heat oven to 400°. Prepare 12 average muffin cups, or 6 large muffin cups, lined with papers or coated with cooking spray. 

Combine the first nine ingredients in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients separately and stir well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.

Bake 20 minutes for average muffins or 25 minutes for large muffins. Remove from pans immediately and let cool on wire rack.

For a little switch up every now and then, try lemon instead of orange in this recipe, and use regular EverNew® or EverNew® D.
