Setting Healthy Goals

Setting goals, either by yourself or as a team, is an important part of our 1-SHAPE Challenge 2019! Since there’s so much more to living a healthy lifestyle apart from just losing weight, we encourage participants to set their own healthy goals.

We suggest choosing at least 3 goals, such as:

  • Drinking at least one pack of 1-SHAPE every day.

  • Eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

  • Getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night.

  • Exercising 3-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time.

  • Varying your fitness activities (try running a 5K or a new sport).

  • Incorporating E. EXCEL products into more activities, like hiking.
